Disney 2018 | Storytelling Family Photography

I have been absent from social media lately because I was away on my annual family vacation to the Florida Keys and Disney. I love our vacations for a multitude of reasons; not only do we get to escape the cold of winter, but it allows us a time to unplug from technology and our jobs and focus solely on our children and each other. It is so important to have this family bonding time and I treasure every second of these days.

We started our trip in the Florida Keys during which time we mostly relaxed and simply enjoyed the beautiful weather, fresh seafood, and lazy days by the pool. Of course, no trip to the keys would be complete without a visit to our favorite destination, Key West; no matter how many times I visit the "Conch Republic," I always discover something new to love about the city. After relaxing by the pool, we were ready to travel to Orlando and visit Disney World with the kids. We kept this part of the trip a secret from the kids and they were elated when they finally discovered that they would be visiting Mickey and the princesses.

After a great few weeks off, I feel completely rejuvenated and refreshed and I am so looking forward to photographing all of the beautiful families on my February and March calendar.  Here are a few of my favorite moments from the trip.
