Maternity Mother and Child Beach Session

There is only one thing I love more than photographing moms and their babies and that is photographing a pregnant mom.  Even though most of them will disagree with you, expecting women are simply radiant. There is no doubt that pregnancy is exhausting, especially when you already have an active toddler, but it is such a special time in life and one that deserves to be documented.  This recent maternity mother and child session was so much fun to photograph.  Mr S was such an articulate and fun little boy and although he was very busy pretending to be an "excavator" in the sand, we still managed to get these warm and beautiful images of mom with her first child.   Here are a few of my favorites from the session.
