I am well versed in the chaos of life with children, but it is beautiful chaos, filled with tons of precious moments. Like you, I wouldn’t want my life any other way. Hey Friend! I’m Teresa Geraghty.
I am a mother to two beautiful elementary school-aged girls. They are my heart and soul and the muses to most of my creative endeavors.
I am the wife to the most amazing and multifaceted man. He is a Captain in the FDNY, but he is an artist at heart. He happily builds most of my sets and props that I am crazy enough to dream up.
Prior to opening my business, I was a high school English teacher for 13 years, during which time I taught 11th grade English. My background in education helps me to connect with and interact with the children I photograph.

How exactly do I do that? My sessions are laid back & fun! I will help direct, prompt & pose, but for the most part, you just get to play with and love on your family. Now, who doesn't want to do that!?

Highly recommend Teresa Geraghty Photography for a family photo shoot!! Leading up to the session, she answers all my prep questions and gave suggestions on outfits and certain shots. She made the experience both fun and comfortable for us. The photos came out amazing - so many beautiful angles and moments captured.
